Privacy Policy Sweet Spot B.V.

In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. We respect your privacy and recommend that you read this statement carefully. This privacy statement applies to all our services, products and websites that are offered or managed by our organization. Sweet Spot is a training and coaching organization that mainly organizes training programs abroad. Our services are offered to consumers and business partners, whereby an agreement can be concluded between the participant and Sweet Spot.

Where applicable?
We realize that your privacy (protection) is very important. For you and us. This privacy statement applies to all data that Sweet Spot collects and processes from visitors and users of its website, as well as to contacts with our company and with regard to all services offered by Sweet Spot. We respect your privacy and hereby inform you about the data we collect and process.

What is personal data?
By this we mean all data that can be traced back to an individual: name, address, e-mail address, (mobile) telephone number, any preferences that are necessary for the proper execution of the agreement, data about religion, a copy ID and other data with which you personally can be identified. We only use the personal data that you provide to us of your own accord or that you are obliged to provide pursuant to laws and regulations or for the correct execution of the agreement. We will never use this information for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. We never share customer data with third parties, except with our assistants who are involved in the agreement.

When do we collect personal data?
We may only process your personal data if we have a legal basis to do so. We rely on the following principles:

We use the information we collect in a variety of ways, including to:

Personal data is necessary for the performance of any agreement. These are recorded via telephone, whatsapp, e-mail or our website, and at your initiative if you wish to make a quote or request for our services. For this we need at least your contact details, including your name, address, e-mail address and (mobile) telephone number. The personal data then known to us will be processed with the greatest possible care and in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. Sweet Spot expressly complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) and the GDPR as of May 25, 2018.  

What personal data do we collect?
When using our services and via our website, you leave certain information with us. That may be personal data. Depending on the services and functionalities you use on our websites, we may process the following personal data from you: name (first name, last name), e-mail address, company name and all other information that you actively provide to us.

We can also receive certain information from you via cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your device during your visit to our website. Such a cookie stores information about how you use our website. Obtaining cookie information is necessary for our website to work properly. More information about the cookies we use can be found in our cookie policy.  

Third parties
This privacy statement only applies to our own website, services and agreements. On our website you may find hyperlinks from third parties or social media links. We are not responsible or liable for the content they link to, nor the privacy policies of these third parties. This also means that any advertisers, service providers, Facebook, Instagram can place cookies to track your visit and click behavior on a website, advertisement or social media.  

Transfer to and share with third parties
Sweet Spot B.V. will never use your data for purposes other than those described in this privacy statement, unless a legal obligation or regulation gives rise to this. Consider, for example, the Tax and Customs Administration. We do not make the data available to third parties, unless this is necessary for making the reservation or agreement. If our organization becomes involved in a merger, acquisition or other form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will notify you before any personal information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.  

Data retention period
We do not store data longer than necessary and ensure that access to the data is protected. This means that we keep the data for as long as necessary to provide the service you have requested. An exception to this is the data that we must keep for longer if the law obliges us to do so.  

Unsubscribing, inspection, complaint and deletion of data
The party responsible for the processing of personal data is Sweet Spot B.V. If you no longer appreciate the processing of the information that you shared with us after submitting or provided to us on request, and/or have a complaint or want to use your right to obtain information about the personal data recorded by us, you want to change, improve or transfer, you can notify this by e-mail to info@localhost or by post to the above address., Attn. Privacy Request. If we have to refuse a request to delete or change data, we will give reasons for this.  

Data Protection Rights
We would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Each user is entitled to the following:
Right of access: to request copies of personal data. We may charge a small fee for this service.
Right to rectification: the request to correct information that contains inaccuracies and to complete incomplete information.
Right to have data erased: the request to erase personal data, under certain conditions.
Right to restrict processing: the request to restrict the processing of personal data under certain conditions.
Right to object to the processing: object to the processing of your personal data.
Right to data portability: the request that we transfer the data we collect under certain conditions to another organization or directly to you.

CRM systems
We use our CRM system for various (marketing) purposes. We would like to provide you with additional information about the operation of this system in order to inform you transparently and as completely as possible. We use the systems for:
Optimizing and improving our website or the findability of our website in search engines;
Participating in those social media channels you use and analyzing the results of our social media activities;
Optimizing the results of our landing pages;
Analyzing the interactions you have with our organization, for example by visiting our website or opening our e-mail messages;
inform you by e-mail, telephone or personally about products and services that may be of interest to you;
Sending newsletters and automated updates  If you register for our newsletter, we can also analyze your visits via the system on the basis of additional data, such as your name and e-mail address, and inform you specifically about your favorite topics.  

Social Media
Our privacy statement expressly does not apply to the use of Social Media, because we have no influence on the privacy policy of Social Media apps or websites. They have their own privacy and cookie policy. Google Analytics and search engines in general collect data traffic from websites; the number of visitors, how long people stay on a website, which functions or offers they like to see and use, etc. These are visitor data, and therefore also personal data. Google and others are therefore processors within the meaning of the law.  

Amendments
This privacy statement may be changed from time to time. We expect most changes to be minor. We will keep you informed via this privacy statement of our obligations on the basis of what the Dutch Data Protection Authority may further determine or decide and/or make a court order to require adjustment. We cannot always inform you personally. Nevertheless, we will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice. Each version of this privacy statement is identified at the bottom of the page by the effective date of the policy.
