Program
In the Fundamentals program you take control of your own development, through creating self-awareness and building new habits.
Kicking off with pre-work and group discussions facilitated by the Sweet Spot Community Manager, you are going to define and formulate your core development needs.
Subsequently, you will work on creating new habits and routines, in small steps, ensuring that your learning experience is sustainable and results in demonstrable behavioural change. In short, this is going to be a challenging and unforgettable adventure!
Week 1 & 2
- Unravel what you want to work on, and why
- Define your goals
- Specify habits to help you achieve your goals
Week 3 & 4
- Reflect on your learnings thus far
- Share your learnings with the group and learn from others during group discussions
Continuous
Daily practice to create sustainable habits for both professionals and personal life.
- Get daily feedback from a digital coach to progress your learnings.
*Minimum duration is 4 weeks, but participation over multiple months is possible too.
Methodology
Our successful method combines pre-work, group sessions with those following the same program, and a digital app with digital coach to actively build new routines for 10 min/day.
In the group discussions you determine which personal and professional goals you want to achieve, and discuss your progress.
Additionally, you will use our mobile app that allows you to work on these goals on a daily basis. In the app you select challenges that correspond with the topic that you want to work on. You can choose from 27 challenges in 5 different areas: self-confidence, mindfulness, energy, mindset and relaxation. An example of a challenge is: ‘ask for help or advice’.
Week 1
- Define your strengths and development needs
- Identify your energy gainers and your energy drainers
- Gain insights through 360° feedback
Week 2
- Define your core values
- Define your bold goal: What do you dream of and where would you like to be in your career five years from now?
- Unravel what you want to work on, and why
- Define your goals
- Select specific habits that will help you achieve your goals
Week 3
- Create an action plan to reach your bold goal
- Participate in an intervision to discuss a real life personal work case with the group
Week 4
- Reflect on your process so far
- Share your learnings with the group and learn from others during the Learn & Share session
